- just to say that your help was excellent. can you note my reference number, and tell Ernest, that he was a master at his job. Helpful, knew his subject, and did not treat me like an idiot. an excellent service. any more things i buy will be Linksys.

- I would like to say how fantastically helpful Earnest (15301) has just been in helping me fix my problems with the Linksys wireless network connection at my house.  I want his employers to know how helpful he has been Thanks Helen

- I cannot praise him enough. He fully understood my problem, and very patiently dealt with it, going through several system changes and re-boots with me. My problem was finally solved by a firmware upgrade with some system changes. Linksys will now be my supplier of choice, and I will commend you to my employer, a very large company (350,000 plus employees), of which I am a senior manager,as well as my and friends.

- I was on the telephone with one of your staff in Manila, Ernest (Tech number 15301), who was EXCELLENT.  He was extremely patient and helpful for me in my circumstances having a young baby at home to manage while trying to fix my Linksys problems. I wish to express just how fantastic Ernest was and to congratulate you on having such a wonderful staff member. If I have any further Linksys problems I will be requesting to speak to Ernest as I was so very happy with the service he provided.
